Interconnection of small, residential solar resources typically involves a screening process to verify that the distributed energy resources can be safely interconnected with the utility grid. But what happens when the resource proposed for distribution fails the screening process? This webinar will address the modeling of solar resources using commercial load flow programs, as well as specific models/simulations for solar resources, how to interpret the results, and how smart inverters can be used to solve issues to allow interconnection.
